Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. EU returns are complimentary and include a prepaid label. In-person returns are available by appointment at our Los Angeles studio.
- Email support@7augustapparel.store with your order number and the item being returned.
- Use the prepaid label included with your parcel.
- Once inspected, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all original tags attached. Altered pieces, final-sale items and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
